KM Cruise Solutions stands for “Ksenija and Mario” who are founders of this agency. We are a couple who met working and traveling around the world on cruise ships. People at home were asking us how it’s possible to have such a great lifestyle. For us it was possible because we were focused, hard workers and we loved our jobs.

Our History
KM Cruise Solutions team worked on board different cruise lines, from Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Crystal, Costa Crociere, Princess Cruises, Celebrity cruises to Fred Olsen, P&O and others, for more than ten years. Started as a Shop Attendants, we worked our way up to Brand Ambassadors, Supervisors, Managers, Team Leaders and Trunk Show Representatives. In the 2019 we saw an opportunity to help to all new hires to make their dream come true.
Who We Are
We are a team of people with rich experience working on board different cruise lines and on different positions (Shop Attendants, Beauty Specialists, Jewelry and Watch Specialists, Brand Ambassadors, Supervisors, Team Leaders, management and Trunk Show Representatives) in Tax and Duty Free Shops and Boutiques for all together more than ten years. Our expertise encompasses in-depth knowledge about products on board, selling techniques, public speaking and life on cruise ships.
Our Mission
KM Cruise Solutions was established with the purpose of assisting the employment of young people all over the world. By working in the cruise industry they can make money and career and get to know the world and cultures that they could only see in pictures until now. What We Do
We are recruiting qualified applicants from all over the world and training them to become top sellers on their positions in Tax and Duty Free Shops on board different Luxury Cruise Lines all around the world. Our services include consulting and supporting regarding medical tests, application for visas, Seaman’s book and STCW certificates. We will also prepare you for upcoming life on ships which has a very different dynamic from life on land.
